STILL CALLING

Working in the nursing profession can be tough. The pandemic took a lot out of us, and the aftershocks are still coming.
Our aging population and their increasing care requirements are putting the pressure on, and with almost half of
New Brunswick nurses eligible to retire in the next five years, we’re worried about the future.

WHILE THIS IS HARD, OUR CALLING IS STILL CALLING TO US.

Nurses are resilient. We are world changers. We step up when life demands it. We adapt when the system is broken.
We create access when it’s needed most. We’re fierce caregivers, educators, and inventors, and our
work has far-reaching impacts. We’re with you on your first breath, your last, and every moment in between.

STORIES FROM OUR NURSES

NURSING IS FOR EVERYONE.

The vast majority of New Brunswickers will rely on nursing care at some point in their lives.

We need our nurses to be cared for too. They’re the shoulders on which the healthcare system rests, and frankly, they are tired.

NB nurses need healing.
